We have several popular routes that can be tailored to your travel days and preferences.

Our guides can handle daily English conversation, but we will use a translation device for detailed explanations.

What are the payment methods?

The tour fee is requested in cash in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the start of the tour.
Please note that we are unable to accept payment in your home country’s currency.

Do you offer tours to see wildlife (Brown bears, Red-crowned cranes, Ezo red foxes)?

We may offer plans where you can view wildlife from the car window, but we cannot guarantee that you will see them.

Since sightings are subject to natural conditions, please understand that encounters are dependent on “good luck” when participating.

Fees, Booking, & Payment

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made via Messenger, WhatsApp, or the WEB form.

What are the payment methods?

The tour fee is requested in cash in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the start of the tour.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment in your home country’s currency.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation fees will apply as follows for cancellations:

  • [Up to 7 days before the usage date] 10% of the usage fee
  • [Up to 3 days before the usage date] 30% of the usage fee
  • [On the usage date] 100% of the usage fee
Can I bring my pet (dog or cat) on board the vehicle?

Yes, it is possible, but prior permission is absolutely required.
Please note that we may refuse depending on the type or size of the pet, so you must contact us in advance.
